New Customer Promotion 2024 - Terms and Conditions

General

Offer is relating to Half Moon Bay Marina (HMBM) and its boat yard operations only. It does not include the services of any tenant of HMBM or any trades person utilising the Half Moon Bay yard. Please note that we do not allow liveaboards and all vessels using the haulout facility must be fully insured. 

Offer Period

Offer must be booked and used by July 31st, 2024.

Booking

To receive a discount the initial booking request must be placed directly with Half Moon Bay Marina Customer Services.

Definition of a new Customer

a: Any new boat:

i)  a boat that has not previously registered with the HMBM service yard, (see further inclusions/exclusions below) 

ii)  Including a known boat & owner but any previous use was over 3 years ago. 

iii) including a known boat - but with a new owner since the last HMBM haul out.

iv) excluding any renamed boat but with the same owner.

b: Any new owner/customer:

 i) any boat owner or customer regardless of boat that has not been previously registered with HMBM customer services.

ii) Offer excludes a new joint ownership where one owner is already known.

The Promotional Offers - 20% discount on first booking.

 i)   applies to any HMBM multi-day service yard booking after the offer date (if this is the only offer selected)

 ii) discount does not apply to environmental levy surcharge

 iii)  excludes any other promotional offer

 iv) excludes any trades contracted to work at Marina

 v) can not be used in conjunction with a berth holder discount
