Why worry about a terminating licence?
HALF MOON BAY MARINA has a licence arrangement unique to Auckland if not New Zealand. The berth licence is perpetually renewable (when the berth licence period expires a new licence is offered to the licence holder and NO ADDITIONAL CAPITAL PAYMENT IS REQUIRED. In other words, you pay for the berth once.)
